Accuracy of Billing & Account Information: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings made at our store.
Payment Gateway: Our website uses PesaPal and other secure third-party gateways for transactions. By using these services, you adhere to their specific User Agreements.
3. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products (tours, safaris, transfers) are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in park fees, fuel costs, or exchange rates. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
4. Booking Conditions & Operational Policies
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total booking value is required to confirm your reservation.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon arrival in Zanzibar, unless full payment has already been processed online.
Currency: All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Cash payments must be made with notes printed after the year 2009.
5. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only.
